Our Quality

We conduct quality checks right from the raw material (including SS, die steel, gun metal, aluminum, CI casting, MS, etc.) procurement stage by our dedicated professionals. We have an in-house metallurgical laboratory to test all our manufactured products like as Leakage Testing Machines, Leak Testing Equipment. The tests performed during the quality control process are shore hardness test, Leeb hardness test, Brinell hardness test, digital Rockwell hardness test, roughness test, Vickers hardness test, portable vibration test, ultrasonic flaw detection and infrared thermometer test. We also conduct ultrasonic gauge test to test coating thickness and other features of our machines.

Infrastructure

We follow industry norms in our factory for men and machines. All the transported part of the machine are fitted with guards. Observing continuous upgradation of technology involved in our infrastructural setup, we have installed the latest machinery in all our departments.
